What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is a non surgical cosmetic procedure where skin is exfoliated with a microdermabrasion system without the use of chemicals or lasers. The dead skin is partially or completely removed by light abrasion.

Types of Microdermabrasion System

Here on the Depilex site the particular microdermabrasion system we sell in is known as the Reviderm but we have three different versions of the microdermabrasion system for you to choose from. Choose between: -

Skin Peeler Basic - this is our entry level microdermabrasion system and comes with some advanced features that make treatments highly effective, these features include the following: -

- Electronic power regulation allowing 4 levels of vacuum
- Tube-in-tube applicator system for ease of use and fine control
- Disposable crystal container

Skin Peeler New Generation - this microdermabrasion system has advanced features to help the therapist have greater control when carrying out treatments including: -

- 8 levels of electronic power
- 4 levels of Crystal regulation
- Automatic filter cleaning
- Humidity filter system

Skin Peeler New Generation with Ultrasound - this is our top level microdermabrasion system which has all the features of the skin peeler new generation mentioned above but with an added ultrasound function.

How Much Does Microdermabrasion Cost?

The cost of microdermabrasion treatments can vary from salon to salon but when we supply anyone with a microdermabrasion system we always give them the following prices as a guide: -

- A Super Peel should last 45 minutes and should cost around £30.00
- A Cell Regeneration Level 1 should last 60 minutes and should cost around £40.00
- A Cell Regeneration Level 2 should last around 120 minutes and should cost around £55.00
